LOGS is a SEVESO facility with the capacity to store and handle so-called SEVESO-classified goods. We currently offer 18,000 square meters of warehouse space specifically for this type of goods.
SEVESO-classified goods consist of chemicals and substances that, if handled incorrectly, can cause serious accidents for both humans and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preventing chemical accidents and minimizing their impact if they do occur is, in essence, what the SEVESO legislation is about. We achieve this by operating with a strong focus on safety, well-established routines, and a high level of preparedness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our SEVESO facility is strategically located in Borl\u00e4nge. Through our intermodal transport solution, LOGS Greenline, which combines rail and truck transport, we reach all of Scandinavia and Europe. Currently, our trucks run on HVO100, which will gradually be phased out in favor of electric vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to an EU directive and legislation effective from January 1, 2000, all companies that transport and handle dangerous goods must have a designated Safety Adviser linked to their operations. The Safety Adviser holds extensive expertise and is certified by The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB). At LOGS Logistics, we collaborate with Amasis, where Michael Rundin serves as our Safety Adviser.
