Logistics is crucial for a society to function during emergencies, ensuring the flow of essential goods, such as food, medical supplies, and other necessities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read more here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msb.se\/en\/advice-for-individuals\/swedish-defence\/total-defence--you-are-part-of-swedens-overall-emergency-preparedness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Total Defence \u2013 All of Sweden Together | MSB<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a private individual, you need to be able to take care of yourself for at least one week in the event of a crisis or war. The most important things are to have food, drinking water, warmth, and the ability to receive important information.
