LOGS Greenline
A greener shipping option in Europe
LOGS Greenline is an intermodal solution where we ship your goods all the way from northern Sweden to Central Europe. The routes are run by rail and supplemented if necessary with electric trucks. LOGS Greenline is an open solution that makes it possible for more operators to connect their trailers and containers by rail. LOGS Logistics AB coordinates the deliveries and thereby creates sufficient volumes to fill the trains.
The Boden-Duisburg and Boden-Rotterdam Route
The LOGS Greenline has nine hubs along the Boden–Duisburg/Rotterdam route. At all locations, we can load and unload goods in trailers, containers and loose goods. To a large extent, it is possible to store goods at the hubs. LOGS Logistics AB is the first operator to connect the entire route, from northern Norrland to Central Europe. From the connection in Duisburg you then reach the rest of Europe by rail. Major investments take place in northern Sweden and through our establishment in Boden we will be able to offer complete and environmentally friendly construction logistics, with hubs in southern and central Sweden as well as intermediate storage on site in Boden.
Our logistics centers
In Borlänge, we have our combined terminal with 25,000 square meters of storage. In both Borlänge and Boden, we plan for new logistics centers with:
- 200,000 sqm combined terminal
- Two full-length train tracks
- 40,000 sqm warehouse
- Own solar cells
- Charging stations for trucks
- Forklifts and tow trucks with electric drive
